Onsite Services – setup, training, customization etc. If you are in the Winnipeg area and would like onsite support, we charge an additional $72.00 per onsite visit and this does not count towards your customization time or training for the Gold and Platinum Support Packages.
Customization – is maximizing the product’s settings to make the software work at top performance. Your device or software may come with many different features. We help you select the ones you need.
Integration – is how the software is setup for your practice. We can show you how to integrate the software to fit your practice to maximize your workflow efficiency.
Training – is showing you how to get the most when using your product. We can provide one-on-one training to the user directly or we can spend time with a corporate trainer or IT staff and show then how to train a user to use the product. We have a custom training checklist that we provide that gives the user enough information to use the software to its potential without overwhelming them with features that may not be as useful to them.
Workflow Optimization – is reviewing how you complete your documentation and showing you ways to increase the speed and effectiveness of using your product.
Products We Support: – We support all of the products that we sell, whether we sold them to you or not. This includes Philips, Olympus, SayIt, DaFuture, Nuance products.
*Regular hourly rate is $149.00/hr without a service package. Travel charges apply to on-site visits at a flat rate of $72.00/trip within the Winnipeg area. Additional travel charges may be applied for onsite services outside the Winnipeg area. Platinum Service Packages and Enterprise Service Packages include one complimentary on-site visit at no travel charge with service time still deducted. All items shown are a one-time charge and renewable after one year. Annual remote & telephone support is renewable at $99.00/year. If service package hours are depleted before year-end, regular hourly rates apply. Service packages are available with a purchase of a product from VTEX Voice Solutions and can only be purchased within 30 days of the purchase date.
