Onsite Services – The tiered support offered above is for remote setup, training, customization etc. If you are in the Winnipeg area and would like onsite dragon medical support, we charge an additional $72.00 per onsite visit and this does not count towards your customization time or training for the Tier 2 or 3 packages.

Training – is showing you how to get the most when using Dragon Medical Practice Edition. We can sit down with the end user(s) and do one-on-one training or we can spend time with your corporate trainer or IT staff and show then how to train a user to use Dragon Medical Practice Edition. We have a custom training checklist that we use that gives the user enough to use the software to its potential without overwhelming them with features that will not be applicable in most cases.
