Dragon® Medical Practice Edition is the leading speech-recognition software available today and it’s changing the way physicians practice medicine for the better.
You can call, email, or chat with us Monday through Friday 9-5 CST for dragon medical support! If you need support after hours, you can submit a support request and we will handle it first thing the next business day! Please note these prices are in Canadian Dollars.
Regular hourly rate is $149.00/hr without service package. Travel charges apply to on-site visits at a flat rate of $72.00/trip. Platinum Service Packages and Enterprise Service Packages include one complimentary on-site visit at no travel charge with service time still deducted. All items shown are a one-time charge and renewable after one year. If service package hours are depleted before year-end, regular hourly rates apply. Service packages are only available within 30 days of the purchase date.
What do all of these services mean for you?
Onsite Services – The tiered support offered above is for remote setup, training, customization etc. If you are in the Winnipeg area and would like onsite dragon medical support, we charge an additional $72.00 per onsite visit and this does not count towards your customization time or training for the Tier 2 or 3 packages.
Integration – is how the software is setup for your practice. Did you know that configuring Dragon Medical software to work with a 1 PC practice is completely different then a multi PC practice? Or that you can setup a single profile that can be used on any PC on your network? We can show you how to integrate the software to fit your practice.
Workflow optimization – is reviewing how you complete your documentation and show you ways to increase the speed and effectiveness of using speech recognition. For example, we can show you how to create advanced templates and macros, not to mention how to get the most out of your custom vocabulary.
Customization – is Maximizing Dragon Medical Practice Edition 2 settings to make the software work at top performance. Dragon Medical Practice Edition 2 comes with many different plugins that allow it to work in wide array of software and we help you select the ones you need.
Training – is showing you how to get the most when using Dragon Medical Practice Edition. We can sit down with the end user(s) and do one-on-one training or we can spend time with your corporate trainer or IT staff and show then how to train a user to use Dragon Medical Practice Edition. We have a custom training checklist that we use that gives the user enough to use the software to its potential without overwhelming them with features that will not be applicable in most cases.
